These numbers are not the job description of a Reporter. They are evidence of something I believe matters deeply to the role: the ability to recognize a story, shape it thoughtfully, help it reach the right audience, and understand how people respond.

Why I'm running
I love a good story.
“But what I love even more is helping people recognize that they have one worth telling.”
For years, I have had the privilege of helping Sorors, chapters, leaders, and organizations find the words, platforms, tools, and strategies to tell their stories more clearly.
- I have written them.
- Designed them.
- Reported them.
- Published them.
- Built platforms for them.
- Measured how far they traveled.
- And, perhaps most importantly, taught others how to tell their own.
That work has taught me something important:
Our Region does not need more noise. It needs more of its story.
The vision
Three outcomes I will work toward.
Equip the storytellers.

Amplify.
Help more of the extraordinary work happening throughout the Region be seen.

Connect.
Use storytelling and reporting to help Sorors see one another, learn from one another, celebrate one another, and feel the strength of our Region across state lines.

Preserve.
Make sure today's programs, leaders, milestones, accomplishments, and stories remain part of the history inherited by the Sorors who come next.

Active listening across every state, chapter, and auxiliary — so that work already happening is found, reported well, and given an audience beyond the place it started.
More reporters equipped with practical tools
Training, templates, and reporting standards shared with chapter and state communicators, offered where campaign rules, organizational policy, and the authority of the office permit.

Consistent documentation of programs, milestones, and leadership, so this era of the Region remains findable for the Sorors who inherit it.
Offered as intentions for the work of the office, not as commitments beyond its authority.

The Region already has the stories.
- The chapters are writing them.

A strong Reporter shouldn't make herself the story. She should help the Region tell its story.
