Leadership Record

The full record, level by level.

“Leadership is not simply where you served. It is what each assignment prepared you to understand.” Service that began in a chapter and grew through the state, the Southeastern Region, and international membership operations — organized here by level so it can be read, verified, and continued.

Prepared across every level

Chapter, state, region, international — in that order.

The record begins in a chapter, where the work is closest to the members: books kept, elections run, technology maintained, programs documented. That grounding shaped how every assignment since has been approached — reporting is a service to the people doing the work, not a performance about it.

From there the service widened. State reporting, publicity, and the written systems chapters rely on. Regional executive board and communications service, including the Southeastern Regional Conference Planning Guide. And international member services and delegate work supporting a membership of more than 20,000. Each level added a different view of how information travels — and where it gets lost.
