A Second to None Vision
A Voice Prepared to Carry It.
Latoya Jeeter for Southeastern Region Reporter
A decade of service. Systems that hold. A steady voice ready to strengthen how our region informs, connects, and engages.
Meet the Vision
The region has a story. Every chapter contributes to it. Every soror helps write it.
The role of Reporter is not simply to report what happened. It is an opportunity to help the Southeastern Region see itself — its service, leadership, innovation, history, chapters, auxiliaries, accomplishments, and people.
Latoya believes regional communication should amplify the work, connect the sisterhood, equip our storytellers, and preserve the impact.
Let Your Gift Speak
Why Latoya
For more than a decade, Latoya Jeeter has served sisterhood with a practical belief: communication is not simply what we say—it is how we make people feel included, prepared, and connected to the work.
Her service has moved from chapter leadership to statewide governance, Southeastern Regional experience, and international membership operations. She brings both the heart for sisterhood and the discipline to build systems that help it thrive.
Why Reporter. Why now.
Serving across chapter, state, regional, and international environments has allowed Latoya to experience Zeta from multiple perspectives. She has seen how information travels, how stories are captured, how leaders communicate, how chapters engage, and how easily meaningful work can become invisible when there is no system for preserving it.
Her experience as a State Reporter, Regional Social Media Coordinator, communications strategist, trainer, technology leader, storyteller, and systems builder now converges around one opportunity: helping the Southeastern Region tell its story with greater intention, connection, consistency, and reach.
This is not simply the next position. It is the intersection of the work.
The Work Speaks
Storytelling That Reaches People
The role of Reporter extends beyond any single communications platform. Latoya's current communications work offers one measurable example of the ability to recognize what matters, shape it thoughtfully, and help it reach the people who should know it.

The Work Has Always Been About Sorors
Behind every metric is a soror, chapter, auxiliary, or leader who needed information, support, preparation, or a solution. For Latoya, service has never been about simply holding a position. It has been about leaving people and processes better prepared than she found them.
Helping Chapters Tell Their Stories
Latoya has developed communications tools, training, reporting resources, digital platforms, and practical guidance to help chapters strengthen their visibility, storytelling, branding, and organizational communication.
Helping Sorors Prepare
Financial stewardship has also meant helping sorors prepare personally. Latoya authored “The Finer Guide to Smart Savings” and led a statewide Boule savings initiative that engaged more than 2,000 members in preparing financially for Boule.
Helping Leaders Leave Things Better
Across chapter, state, regional, and professional work, Latoya has developed SOPs, toolkits, onboarding resources, training materials, digital systems, and transition processes designed to make leadership easier for the soror who serves next.
The Work Speaks
Communication that moved the work forward.
During her service as South Carolina State Reporter, Latoya helped strengthen the visibility, consistency, and member experience of statewide communications through well-planned storytelling, practical tools, and systems built to last — in partnership with the SC MarCom Team.
The numbers reflect more than visibility. They represent a more connected statewide story — one supported by clearer communication, stronger digital presence, and accessible member resources. Figures are drawn from different posts, not a single post.
Built alongside the numbers
- Revived and produced The Zeta Pipeline to elevate statewide storytelling and reporting.
- Authored the State Reporter Standard Operating Procedures to make communications work clearer and more sustainable.
- Strengthened the South Carolina Chapter Management Toolkit and member-facing resources.
- Delivered communications, reporting, branding, and digital-tools trainings for sorors across the state.
- Designed and managed digital platforms and assets serving local, state, and regional work.
Precision at Scale

- Members supported through international operations
Working within International Headquarters operations required more than speed. It required accuracy, confidentiality, data integrity, compliance, and consistent service across systems supporting more than 20,000 members.
These are membership operations, not financial management — but the discipline transfers directly. Accurate records, responsible systems, timely processing, and accountability are foundational to trustworthy reporting and communication.
Recognized Service
Recognition has followed the work — but the work has always come first.

The Sisterhood Speaks
In Their Words
Metrics can measure reach, growth, and results. But some of the most meaningful measures of service are found in what others remember about working, serving, and building alongside you.
Let your gift speak for you. You helped make my dream come true through your work supporting South Carolina’s Power of S.H.E. Award at the 2026 Grand Boule. Your gifts made a difference.
You have a way with words. You understand social media, you understand engagement, and you know how to connect the two. That is your superpower.
You have a way of bringing the sisterhood together through your posts. It’s more than sharing information—you make sorors feel connected.
A Consistent Refrain
Different roles. Different moments. A remarkably consistent message.
You have a gift for taking someone’s vision and helping bring it to life.
When you say you’re going to handle something, I know it’s going to get done—and done with care.
You have a way of taking what we’re trying to say and turning it into something people can understand, connect with, and act on.
You see things other people don’t always see. You’re always thinking about how we can make the process better, clearer, or easier.
You don’t have to be out front to make an impact. So much of what you do is about making sure everyone else has what they need to succeed.
You remind us that communication can do more than inform. It can make sorors feel seen, celebrated, and connected.
Words and sentiments shared by sorors throughout Latoya’s service.
Different responsibilities have called for different skills. The constant has been service.
Listening. Building. Preparing. Following through.

The Region Speaks
The Vision
- Amplify
Every part of the region has a story worth telling.
Increase visibility for chapters, states, auxiliaries, programs, leaders, members, service, milestones, and accomplishments throughout the Southeastern Region — reflecting the breadth of the region, not only its largest events.
See more of the region.
- Connect
Communication should build belonging.
Use strategic communications to help members understand what is happening throughout the region, celebrate one another, discover opportunities, and feel connected across geographic boundaries.
Help the region feel like a region.
- Preserve
Today's work becomes tomorrow's history.
Strengthen systems for capturing stories, accomplishments, images, reports, campaigns, milestones, and institutional knowledge so the work of an administration does not disappear when a feed moves on.
Document the work so the next generation can find it.
“A region that is Second to None deserves communications that capture the breadth, excellence, service, and sisterhood behind that distinction.”
Equip the storytellers.
One Regional Reporter cannot—and should not—tell every story alone.
Latoya's vision includes equipping chapter and state communicators with practical tools, guidance, templates, training, and systems that make strong reporting and storytelling easier throughout the region.
It is the same work she has already done for thousands of participants: build the resource, teach the method, and leave the capability behind.
The Work Continues
The Stewards Circle
Practical stewardship guidance and resources designed to build member confidence.
Marketing & Communications Board
Clearer communication guidance, better visibility, and systems that help chapters engage their members.
Zeta Resume Studio
Career-readiness resources that help sorors translate their education, leadership, and service into opportunity.
Ready to Carry What Comes Next
Regional Reporter requires more than a talent for words. It requires accuracy, systems thinking, responsiveness, transparency, preparation, and an understanding that every message ultimately reaches the members and chapters we serve.
Latoya brings experience operating across chapter, state, regional, and international environments — with a record of building systems, strengthening processes, communicating clearly, and handling high-volume responsibilities with documented accuracy.

A Note From Latoya
I believe the strongest communication does more than announce an event or celebrate a milestone. It helps a soror understand where she belongs in the story.
My commitment is to honor our legacy while building the clarity, connection, and confidence needed to carry the region forward—together.
